  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and passes QC.
  • Refunds for Shipping Charges: These will only be issued if the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Promocode Usage: If a promocode was applied and payment was also made, only the actual paid amount (excluding promocode discount) will be refunded via the original payment method.
