At Krazeal, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and smooth process.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned in original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact and included.
Ineligible Items for Refund
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Personal hygiene products such as cosmetics, undergarments, or health- related items.
- Customized or personalized products made to order.
- Digital products or subscriptions, including e-gift cards.
- Items marked as clearance or final sale.
Steps for Return & Refund
1. Initiate Return Request
- After the product is delivered, go to the “My Orders” section.
- Select the item and raise a return request, stating a valid reason.
2. Pickup Scheduled
- Our logistics team will arrange for pickup of the item from your delivery address.
3. Quality Check (QC)
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will perform a quality check.
- Items must meet our return conditions (see "Eligibility for Refunds").
4. Refund Processing
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank details or UPI ID.
