This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name "www.krazeal.com" ("Website"), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "Platform").

The Platform is owned by Dealsmith India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at L-4, Jeevan Bhima Nagar Main Rd, above Mannapuram Finance Limited, LIC Colony, HAL 3rd Stage, Sector 12, Jeevan Bhima Nagar, Bengaluru 560075, Karnataka, India (hereinafter referred to as "Krazeal").

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with Dealsmith India Private Limited with brand name "Krazeal" and Krazeal Online website www.krazeal.com / krazeal mobile app these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with "Krazeal".

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Platform by providing Registration Data while registering on the Platform as Registered User using the computer systems. "Krazeal" allows the User to surf the Platform www.krazeal.com or making purchases without registering on the Platform. The term "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean Dealsmith India Private Limited.

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, You also accept and agree to be bound by "Krazeal" (including but not limited to Privacy Policy available at Privacy Policy) as amended from time to time.

Account and Registration

It is the user's responsibility to keep the details of the account and password confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your Account or Password. Krazeal Online website www.krazeal.com / krazeal mobile App shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by the user to protect the account details or the password.

• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself.
• Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data.
• Customers registered through international phone numbers can not avail Club benefits.

Communications

When You use the Platform or send emails to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with Us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required.

Services; Order, Pricing and Payment

• Supply of the ordered product to you;
• Procuring a logistics company experienced with collection and transportation; and
• Customer support enabling you to contact Krazeal with any queries.
• You agree to pay the full amount payable for the Product as indicated during the order process.
• Krazeal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL KRAZEAL OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE WEBSITE.
