Order Processing & Delivery
- All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of being placed.
- Deliveries are handled through our logistics partners.
- Order delivery days: Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
- While we make efforts to ship during holidays, we do not guarantee shipping or delivery on public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- A standard delivery fee will be charged on all orders below ₹499.
- Express shipping incurs additional charges and is not eligible for free shipping.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable if:
- Items are marked as clearance or final sale.
- An order is cancelled after processing.
- A return is initiated.
Shipping Information
- Once an order is placed, shipping details cannot be changed.
- Incorrect or incomplete info will lead to delivery failures.
- Customers must provide: full name, complete address (City, State, Country, Postal Code), landmarks (if any), valid primary and alternate contact numbers.
